One Channel Hub

One Channel Hub is a unified messaging broker operated by Konecta (Grupo Konectanet, S.L.). Its purpose is to give businesses a single integration point to send and receive digital messages across multiple communication channels — SMS, RCS, WhatsApp and Email — without having to integrate separately with each messaging operator.

Customers connect once to One Channel Hub and the platform routes each outbound message to the appropriate channel and operator, delivering inbound messages and delivery-status updates back to the customer's internal systems through secure webhooks. Customers can also connect email accounts, including Gmail via Google OAuth, to send and receive email on their behalf. Google user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
